Battle of Quoriston (Stettinian War). 377FE. The last battle of consequence during the Interregnum. 300 Kalganian ships faced 75 vessels of the Foundation navy.  The unsure Kalganians gingerly approached the Foundation fleet which lured them into a pre-arranged area of space.  Any Kalganian vessel which drifted away from the main squadron was ruthlessly attacked until it returned to the main group.
At a pre-arranged time, a small squadron of 50 Foundation vessels, led by Commander Cenn, emerged from hyperspace behind the Kalganian fleet causing instant panic. As the ships attempted to flee they were instantly attacked.  Less than 60 Kalganian vessels survived for the loss of only 8 Foundation vessels.
